Brush x2 minutes, x2 daily. Remember to spit the toothpaste away, as opposed to rinsing and visit your dentist regularly.
Eat healthily, limit sugary foods and drinks to mealtimes otherwise you will increase your risk of tooth decay. If suffering from morning sickness, do not brush after vomiting, wait at least 30 mins. Instead, rinse straight after with a fluoride mouthwash, water or 1 cup of water with 1 teaspoon of baking soda.
